What home goods can be made in Vietnam — and when is Vietnam the right origin?

Vietnam now makes machine-formed glass candle vessels and diffuser bottles, fine stoneware dinnerware, candles and other home fragrance products at retail quality. It is the right origin when an item's China tariff or anti-dumping exposure is high and the category is one Vietnam already does well. It is not a copy of China: tooling, metal and mixed-material items often still belong in China.

What we make in Vietnam today

Glass

Candle vessels & diffuser bottles

Formed on automatic glass lines for consistent wall thickness and dimensions — what a filling line and a retail shelf both need.

Ceramics

Fine stoneware dinnerware

Our Vietnam ceramic line started in 2024. Body quality, glaze consistency and flatware tolerances are now at retail standard.

Home fragrance

Candles & finished goods

Vessel, fill, decoration and packaging developed together, so the finished product is engineered as one item.

Vietnam or China? It depends on the item

We produce in both, so we don't have to sell one over the other. This is how we place an item.

Vietnam has its own US tariff rate, and rates change. We check the current classification and duty for each item before recommending an origin.

Genuine origin, no transshipment

US Customs and EU authorities both investigate goods made in China and routed through another country to avoid duties. Origin is decided by where the product is substantially made, not by where it ships from.

We do not transship. What we ship from Vietnam is made in Vietnam, and every shipment travels with a Certificate of Origin. When a buyer moves an item to Vietnam, we move the making of it — not just the paperwork.

How a move to Vietnam usually runs

  1. Origin check — classification, current duties in the destination market, and whether Vietnam's capability fits the item.
  2. Sampling in Vietnam — matched to the approved China sample or the original spec.
  3. Pilot run — a first order sized to prove quality and lead time before volume moves.
  4. Dual-origin running — many programs keep China and Vietnam both qualified, so volume can shift without restarting development.
